SAPTalentx is a marketplace connecting companies seeking SAP consulting work with independent freelance SAP consultants. We provide the platform, matching, messaging, escrow, and dispute-mediation tools — we are not a party to the contracts formed between companies and freelancers, and we do not employ freelancers.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. Freelancer accounts are subject to admin review and activation before use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Companies fund project milestones through the platform's payment gateway; funds are held in escrow until released. SAPTalentx deducts a platform commission (currently 10%) from the amount released to freelancers. Subscription plans for posting or bidding privileges are billed as described at checkout. All fees are disclosed before you confirm a payment.
You agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees (e.g., arranging payment outside SAPTalentx for work sourced here), share false credentials or certifications, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Messages and profiles are automatically scanned for shared contact details to help enforce this.
Either party to a contract may raise a dispute over a funded milestone. SAPTalentx will review submitted evidence and mediate a resolution in good faith; our decision on fund release is final for amounts held in platform escrow.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a reason provided. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
SAPTalentx is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of freelancer-submitted credentials beyond what our verification process confirms, or the outcome of any engagement.
We may update these terms; material changes will bump the version number shown above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
