Account details you provide (name, email, mobile number, company/freelancer profile information), content you post (project descriptions, bids, messages, reviews), documents you submit for identity verification (KYC), and technical data such as login timestamps and IP address for security purposes.
To operate the marketplace (matching, bidding, contracts, payments), to verify identity where you request or require it, to send account and activity notifications, to detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and to improve the platform.
Messages, proposals, and profile fields are automatically scanned for phone numbers, personal emails, and third-party chat handles, which are hidden to keep communication on-platform until a contract is signed. This scanning is automated and used for platform-integrity purposes.
We share information with the other party to a contract as necessary to complete that engagement (e.g., a company sees a freelancer's bid and profile), with our payment gateway to process transactions, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (email/SMS delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
Identity documents you submit are stored securely, accessible only to you and platform administrators reviewing your submission, and used solely to verify your identity for the verified badge.
We use a session cookie required for you to stay logged in, and a small cookie to remember that you've acknowledged our cookie notice. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
You can review and update most of your information from your account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data or account deletion, contact us via the Contact Us page.
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal/financial record-keeping obligations after closure.
